We collect your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and the payment identifiers you link to your account — such as your UPI ID or Paytm number. We collect only what is necessary to operate your account and process transactions.

Payment references from UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are tokenised before storage. The raw payment identifiers are never saved in plain text. Only the tokenised reference is kept, solely for reconciling your transaction history.

After account closure, we retain your data for the period required by applicable law. Once that period ends and no legal obligation remains, your personal records are permanently deleted from our systems.
